We may monitor and collect activity and communications made using Matthews International communications and computing devices and systems (such as our phone devices and email systems). For example, we may record audio during customer service calls for quality assurance purposes.

>> Inferences. We may draw inferences from any of the above categories in connection with the purposes stated as to such categories.

>> Sensitive personal information. Some of the information which we collect about you may constitute “Sensitive Personal Information” or “Special Category Data” under applicable law. This may include:

  • Account log-in, financial account number, debit card number, or credit card number in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials for allowing access to an account (e.g. when you initially set up an account with us).

We collect and process any such “Sensitive Personal Information” or “Special Category Data” only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and we do not use it to infer characteristics about you.

You may be contacted by us, our affiliated companies, or by one of our selected third parties. Matthews International does not sell and has not sold your personal information or transferred personal information to third parties to use for their own benefit in the preceding 12 months. Authorized Agent
