About our Inks

Matthews inks are developed in-house using components selected for compatibility with Matthews equipment and production substrates, with formulations validated against actual printhead performance rather than adapted from general-purpose ink chemistry.

Matthews offers a wide range of ink options for different production needs, including fast-drying solvent inks, rubber-curable inks, thermochromic inks, environmentally friendly inks, porous and non-porous substrate inks, no/low VOC fast-dry inks, water-removable and alkali-removable solutions, Mil Spec A-A-208 inks, FDA-approved inks for incidental and direct food contact, and water-fast pigmented ink. As application demands, substrates, and regulatory requirements change, Matthews continues developing new ink types to keep pace.
