Workstation Standard

Compact laser protective enclosure for precise individual and series processing

The standard laser workstation is a robust and space-saving laser safety enclosure with a width of approximately 80 cm. It is ideally suited for precise laser processing in small to medium production runs. Thanks to its modular design, the workstation supports fiber, CO₂ and UV lasers and covers a wide range of applications – from laser engraving and laser marking to ablation and cutting of a wide variety of materials.

Advantages:

  • CE-approved laser class 1 enclosure
  • Quick setup and intuitive operation
  • High flexibility for changing products and materials
  • Ideal as a laser workstation for manual applications

Conveyor belt system

Laser protective enclosure for automated processes and high throughputs

The laser system with conveyor belt is the ideal solution for high production volumes and continuous processes . The integration of a conveyor belt allows components to be automatically guided through the laser process – efficiently, reproducibly, and safely. This solution is particularly suitable for long components or applications where marking needs to be done in a single pass. In combination with light barriers, marking on the fly is also possible – marking while the component is moving.

Advantages:

  • Automated laser marking with conveyor belt
  • High throughput and increased process speed
  • Marking on the Fly for dynamic production lines
  • Safe laser class 1 protective enclosure

Lifting door

Comfortable access to the laser safety enclosure

The lift-door version offers maximum ease of use for manual or semi-automated laser processes. The door can be operated electrically or pneumatically and can be conveniently opened and closed at the touch of a button. Optionally, the lifting door can be configured to open automatically after the laser process is completed – ideal for ergonomic workflows and short cycle times.

Advantages:

  • Ergonomic access to the laser system
  • Electric or pneumatic lifting door
  • Optional automatic door opening after laser cutting
  • Ideal for frequent loading and unloading

Drawer System

Higher throughput through parallel loading and unloading

The drawer system is a proven solution for increasing productivity in manual laser processes. The large two-position drawer is alternately moved through the laser safety enclosure. While one drawer is being laser-cut inside, the second position can be loaded or unloaded outside the enclosure – for minimized downtime and consistently high throughput.

Advantages:

  • Efficient laser workstation with drawer system
  • Loading and unloading outside the enclosure
  • Durable, manual solution
  • Ideal for series production with frequent part changes

Singulator with Conveyor Belt System

Fully automated laser marking of bulk materials

For maximum automation, the combination of a singulator and conveyor belt laser system is ideal . Bulk material is automatically singulated, transferred to the conveyor belt, and processed component by component in a timed sequence by the laser. After the laser process, the parts are collected again as bulk material – ideal for large quantities , reproducible quality and minimal manual effort.

Advantages:

  • Fully automatic laser marking of bulk goods
  • Clocked single-part machining
  • Constant material flow and high process reliability
  • Ideal for industrial series applications
