Customized Marking Systems

Every production is different. That’s why we develop customized marking solutions and customized marking systems for special requirements – from labeling to inkjet to laser marking and complete system integration into existing production lines.

Matthews Marking Systems is your strong partner for custom marking in industry.

We design, engineer and build customized marking systems and custom designs that fit seamlessly into your individual, challenging production lines. Our focus is on reliable process integration, maximum availability and

Does this sound familiar to you?

  • The marking must function reliably in hot conditions.
  • The marking is made in dusty or humid environments.
  • The production line offers little installation space.

The right architecture for every environment

We analyze your production environment and develop sophisticated marking solutions that optimally combine mechanics, electronics, software and engineering.

Steel and metal industry

Extreme heat and massive dust loads require maximum resistance. We integrate labeling systems into specially developed protective enclosures (heavy-duty cabinets) that guarantee trouble-free continuous operation.

To handle the high throughput of board marking, we design complex systems where multiple labellers are mounted side by side on precise sledge systems.

For the large-scale marking of special floors for busses and trucks, we build massive travel axes that are over two meters wide. Our laser printing systems are guided over the material with high precision on these portals.

Freezer areas place the highest demands on materials and adhesives. We have developed tailor-made labeling systems for “cold stores” that apply precisely, reliably and resist condensation despite constant minus temperatures.

From abrasive plasterboard production to extremely dusty bagging, our systems are encapsulated and designed to withstand the harshest environmental conditions.

Here’s how it works: From the first sketch to the turnkey system

Your challenge is our construction plan. Our in-house engineering team accompanies you through the entire process:

1. Analysis: We evaluate your environment (temperature, speed, space conditions).

2. Design & Development: We design the right brackets, linear axes, protective enclosures and communication interfaces.

3. Choosing the right technology: labeling, inkjet, or even a combination of several technologies

4. Manufacturing & Integration: As a global label manufacturer, we build the system and integrate it seamlessly into your existing conveyor technology and ERP-system(s).
