Field Service Technician (m/f/d) - Mönchengladbach

We at Matthews Marking Systems are looking to expand our service team as soon as possible. The position is based at our location in Mönchengladbach.

Your Responsibilities:

• With your help, we want to show our customers that they can rely on us. You will be responsible for commissioning, maintenance, and repairs of our equipment, as well as providing user training.
• Even after that, you’ll remain the technical point of contact for our customers in your service area and will carry out maintenance and repairs independently.

Your area of responsibility:

• Responsibility for maximum customer satisfaction and service quality in your assigned service area (Mönchengladbach)
• Commissioning, service, training, and maintenance for our sophisticated technical marking solutions at our customers’ sites
• These solutions include marking systems as well as our MPERIA® software and its network integration
• If necessary, you will be assigned to neighboring regions

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics
• Professional experience as a field service technician
• Very good German, good English skills, and strong communication skills
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Strong customer focus and communication skills, as well as a high degree of responsibility and flexibility
• An independent and solution-oriented approach to work with a high degree of autonomy
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
