Matthews Marking Systems, a leading manufacturer of marking and coding products, announces an affordable 10-watt CO2 laser to meet the primary coding needs of small to mid-size consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies.
The eMark® ECO laser, manufactured by Solaris, is an affordable alternative for customers looking to replace ink jet printers. Designed for simple, small character coding on primary packaging such as cardboard boxes and paper labels, the ECO laser eliminates ink usage and requires little maintenance – offering a low total cost of ownership.
The eMark® ECO is also the most compact in Matthews’ laser product line, making it easy to integrate into new or existing production lines, or in limited installation spaces.
“The ECO laser rounds out the Matthews’ laser product line, providing a small footprint and entry-level price point,” says David Klodowski, Product Manager for Matthews’ laser marking line. “The ECO meets the needs of many small to mid-size CPG companies.”
